NHRTC is happy to announce that Steve Orosco is campaigning for Alder in Ward 18.
Orosco was lured to New Haven by the love of his life Jeannine Candela Orosco, a lifelong Morris Cove resident. They lived in CA for several years but returned to start a family and their child attends Nathan Hale School. Orosco has an impressive resume. He holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from Pace University and went on to earn his MBA and MSN from Albertus Magnus College where he maintained a GPA of 3.9.
After college, Orosco went on to work at Charles Schwab on Wall Street and was then recruited by Barnum Financial Group in Shelton, CT. A driven and optimistic man, he then moved to California to become a professional MMA fighter. It was there that he founded SMASH Global, a professional MMA League. After suceeding both in and out of the ring, he and his wife returned to CT to grow SMASH Global in the Tri-state area.
Orosco is exactly what the Board of Alders needs. He is a driven, intelligent, has a background in finance and is a business owner. New Haven and Ward 18 would be blessed to have him elected to the Board of Alders.
