NHRTC is happy to announce that Gail E Roundtree is campaigning for Alder in Ward 11. “I want to ensure New Haven is on the road to fiscal responsibility without raising taxes,” Roundtree stated as her primary reason for running.
As a member of the Board of Directors at Harbour Crest Condominiums for the past ten years, Roundtree has been the project manager on multiple projects such as the current re-vitalization program, addressed community concerns, and managed property manager priorities.
Roundtree’s community involvement doesn’t stop there. For 16 years, Roundtree has been a Special Olympics coach for the Hamden/New Haven team and she has served as a mentor to school children under the Governor's Prevention Partnership program with the UlbrichBoys and Girls club.
When elected, Roundtree will most certainly be an asset to New Haven and provide needed leadership to the Board of Alders.
